The air end is designed with a large rotor rotating at low speed and contains two independent compression units. It features high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, low compression ratio in each stage, zero leakage, and higher volume efficiency. Under the same power, the two units share the load, reducing the load on each bearing and extending the part’s service life.

The motors are high-efficiency and energy-saving permanent magnet motors with an IP55 protection level. They are strictly selected according to the application requirements of air compressors and all meet the Grade 1 energy efficiency national standard. Both torque and load meet special design standards to optimize motor efficiency and power factor under loading conditions.

The optimized coefficient offers a 5%–8% advantage compared with other motors.

The high-efficiency oil-air separator features a unique and simplified design, with an aggregated separator core and oil return device, boasting a service life of 6,000 hours. The filter uses a low-pressure design with a service life of up to 4,000 hours, and is equipped with high-precision rolling bearings and rotors.The filter does not change the direction of the air flow; air runs directly through the filter media, reducing air pressure loss and saving more energy than traditional filters. It also has a larger filtering area, a higher degree of compactness, and a longer service life.

It adopts highly efficient fin-type cooler with large heat exchanging area, surplus heat exchange of 30% and better cooling result, so it can normally operate under the environment temperature at 45℃.

New type of integrated inlet valve with professional design, air inlet adjustable range is between 0–100%. It has valve regulation with small pressure loss, stable movement and long life. As the key part of inlet, magnetic valve adopts famous international brand that absolutely guarantees the operating safety as well as the economical operating control of air compressor.

Simple operation system, user language switches between English and Chinese. It intelligently monitors and manages air filter, oil filter, oil separator, lubricating oil as well as running time. Furthermore, it has remote monitoring and control functions to be chosen by user.
