HD-SW Series Water Cooling Refrigerated Air Dryer ( Shell Heat Exchange )

Working Principle 

The amount of water vapor in compressed air is determined by the moisture content of the compressed air. When the compressed air pressure remains basically constant, as the temperature decreases, the water holding capacity of the air also decreases, and the originally gaseous water will become liquid. A refrigerated dryer is based on this dehumidification principle, using a refrigeration device to cool compressed air to a certain dew point temperature, causing the gaseous moisture in it to condense into liquid form. Then, the gas-liquid separation is carried out through a separator, and the water is discharged through an automatic drain to dry the compressed air. The cooling and heat dissipation device of the water-cooled freeze dryer is a water-cooled radiator, which cools the high-pressure part of the refrigeration system with cooling water, and the circulating cooling water carries away the heat of the refrigeration system.

Effectively remove moisture from compressed air.
