Independent intake and exhaust duct design:Precisely engineered airflow pathways ensure independent air intake for the filter, motor, and electrical cabinet. This prevents recirculation of heated air from within the enclosure, maintains intake air purity, reduces component wear caused by high temperatures and contaminants, and extends equipment service life. Multi-Stage High-Efficiency Cooler: A segmented design minimizes stress and deformation from thermal expansion and contraction, enhancing operational stability. It also simplifies disassembly and reassembly, reducing maintenance complexity and costs. Lift-and-Rotate Oil-Gas Separation Tank:All pipelines are integrated into the tank structure, eliminating fittings on the tank cover. This innovative design resolves the complexity of traditional piping connections. Advanced Compression Technology: By combining large-rotor, low-speed design principles with two-stage compression, the system achieves high efficiency even at low pressure ratios. The full product line exceeds China' s Grade 1 energy efficiency standards by 3%-5%, delivering energy savings of over 20%.
